CGA Empathy LAB win ‘People Skills and Diversity Award’ at the UK Rail Innovation Awards 2024
CGA are thrilled to announce that CGA Empathy LAB has been awarded the ‘People Skills and Diversity Award’ at the UK Rail Innovation Awards 2024!
In collaboration with Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry Trains and Rail Delivery Group, the CGA Empathy LAB was recognised for being a highly innovative training proposition that combined behavioural psychology with immersive delivery to help senior leadership teams and front line staff walk in their customers’ shoes in order to deliver a more empathetic, and fulfilling experience.
Working with CGA’s content partners Bodyswaps & Solarflare Studio, the Empathy LAB delivered bespoke content that directly correlated to pain points in the customer experience of a rail traveller.
